The Missing Sibling Count (Master Splinter)
Premise: Splinter's original family of junk-haulers finally counted their 40 children and realized they are one short. They've come to the Undercity to find their "Surprise Cheese Baby."
The Path: Navigate the slums where the junk-haulers reside. They encounter Splinter's biological parents, Ma and Pa Squeak, who are horrified to find their "baby" is now a mob-hardened goon for the Cheese Cartel.
Complication: Silas "The Snout" doesn't want to lose his most energetic scavenger. He demands a "recruitment buy-out" or a favor: clearing a blockage in the deep sewers -- actually a nest of Maliki's discarded experimental vermin.
Tie-in: The vermin have been eating discarded "Construct Hearts," giving them mechanical traits. Splinter finds a junk-hauler's locket in the nest containing a tiny image of the Gnomish Palace (the Gear Icon).
Characters: Ma & Pa Squeak (simple junk-haulers), Silas "The Snout," Heart-Eating Vermin swarm.
Quest Logic: Forces Splinter to choose between biological family and "Cartel family" while introducing the Gear Icon as a looming mystery.
Reward: The Squeak Family Heirloom (whistle that calls a non-combat rat swarm) and Undercity Rep.
The Conservatory Audition (Heinrich Vuitton)

The Path: Must approach Alysande Thorne of the Merchant Guild, who is feuding with his father Louis over leather tariffs. She offers a deal: perform at a gala to distract guests while the Thieves' Guild infiltrates a rival's vault.
The Choice: Help the woman hurting his father's business to achieve his dream? Or find another way -- seek help from Mella Iron-Weaver, provided he can mediate the rivalry between her and Louis.
Tie-in: During the gala, Heinrich discovers the Merchant Guild is stockpiling "Mercury Coins" (shadow-pact tokens) to buy out the Engineers Guild.
Characters: Louis Vuitton (disappointed father), Alysande Thorne (corrupt patron), Mella Iron-Weaver.
Reward: Official Recommendation, 150gp in tips, Vuitton Masterpiece Bow (+2 to Bardic Inspiration).
The Healer's Debt (The Druid)
Premise: Sergeant Rust and the Augmented veterans are dying. Their soul stones are leaking necrotic energy -- a lingering curse from Maliki's era.
The Path: The Druid must use nature-magic to "cleanse" the soul stones, but needs Mercury's Justice to stabilize them permanently. This leads to discovery of the "Mercury Shard" in Bippy's possession.
Tie-in: Directly links the Druid's past medical work to The General. The General begins hearing veterans' hearts "singing" in Dragonborne -- revealing they were his former soldiers from the war.
Characters: Sergeant Rust (Augmented veteran), Zora the Alchemist, dying Augmented citizens.
Conflict: Zora reveals only a shard of Mercury's Justice can realign a leaking soul. Must track a black-market dealer selling "soul-siphons."
Reward: Amulet of Vital Echoes (one use of Breath of Life per day).
Echoes of the Gnomes (The General)
Premise: The General's heart begins to react to relics from the Gear Icon. He realizes he was the Royal Guard of the Gnomes, protecting a family whose name is currently a "forgotten secret."
The Path: Enter the sub-basement of the Gear Icon. Find a memorial hall. The General must use built-in identification protocols to unlock a vault containing the Gnomish Royal Scepter. Solve a puzzle involving the musical pitch of soul stones to prove they aren't looters.
Complication: Maliki left "Ghost Sentinels" -- spectral echoes of the dead guard who view The General as a traitor for serving Maliki. He must win their favor through combat or by showing the Gnomish Royal Seal.
Characters: The High Archivist (Spectral), Fred (as guide), Gnomish Royal Soul Stones.
Tie-in: Reveals Maliki didn't just kill the royals -- he used their life-force to create the first Sentinel Soul Stones. The General is the last protector of their legacy.
Reward: Royal Gnomish Guard Scepter (+2 to AC when defending allies).
Bloodline of the Blade (Tibbald)
Active Quest: Tibbald is the driving force behind unraveling the mystery of the Ruby Dagger. He knows the specific noble/family head who last owned it before Krenko's theft.
Path: Navigate Thrain Ironfoot's bounties and the whispers of ancient kings trapped in the metal. The dagger bears a hidden "K" mark linking it to Krenko's personal vault.
Tension: The dagger has already caused extreme party friction (Splinter --> Tibbald theft). This quest will reveal the dagger's connection to the Dwarven royal bloodline.
