Mercury's Justice (The Campaign Artifact)
Type: Shape-shifting artifact of absolute authority Inscription: "He who holds me is the one and only true King, always just. I ensure this."
Powers: - Shifts form (weapon, tool, ornament) - Grants authority over all constructs - Stabilizes magical chaos
Location Clue: The Vuitton Maison records mention a "shifting silver buckle" sold to a noble family just before Maliki's War. This is Mercury's Justice in disguise.
Current Location: Hidden in the core of the Gear Icon fortress.
Who Seeks It: - Maliki -- Obsessed. Becomes reckless when he finds a lead. Believes it legitimizes absolute rule. - Thrain Ironfoot -- Indirectly. The Sovereign Regalia can pinpoint it when reunited. - The Druid's Veterans -- Need it (or a shard) to cure their leaking soul stones.
The Sovereign Regalia of the Deep

The Ruby Dagger (+1)
Type: Ancient Dwarven magic weapon Status: Currently held by Tibbald. Originally stolen by Krenko from its noble family.
History Chain: Noble Family --> Krenko's vault --> Splinter --> Tibbald (stolen from Splinter)
Properties: - +1 striking dagger - Ancient, high-frequency Dwarven enchantment (detected by Heinrich's Detect Magic) - Bears a hidden "K" mark (Krenko's personal vault relic) - Linked to a dying Dwarven bloodline
Party Impact: Has caused extreme party friction (Splinter tried to attack Tibbald to reclaim it).
The "K" Tracking Bracelet
Type: High-frequency magical tracker Status: Currently held by the Druid (looted from Syndicate Wolves) Effect: Allows Krenko to see the party's exact location at all times
GM Note: The Druid is unwittingly acting as bait, drawing Syndicate ambushes toward the party. This should be a persistent source of "how did they find us?" tension until the party investigates the bracelet.
