Campaign Premise
The party navigates a city on the brink of collapse. A secret necromancer-inventor (Maliki) is rebuilding his construct army beneath the city while corrupt politicians, crime syndicates, and desperate tribal alliances clash above. The legendary artifact Mercury's Justice holds the key to everything.
